Vendor Terms and Conditions
The Robin Hood Festival Vendor Terms and Conditions are as follows:
Vendors are responsible for the setup and breakdown of their booth.
Access to the Festival site will available beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 17. Vendors will be able to drive onto the site until 11:00 a.m. to unload but must park elsewhere.
Arrangements have been made for Vendors to park at Sherwood Forest United Methodist Church a few blocks away to avoid congesting neighborhood streets where festivalgoers will park. Efforts are being made to provide shuttle service between the churches.
The Robin Hood Festival does not supply tents, tables or chairs.
Electrical hook-ups are limited and must be prearranged. Water hook ups are not available.
The Robin Hood Festival agrees to provide a 10x10 space in the Festival area. We cannot supply tents, tables or chairs. Tents cannot be larger than 10x10 unless your organization is renting 2 or more spaces.
Participants shall not share, sublet, or give their assigned spaces to any other participants. Non-profit Vendors may not allow For-Profit Vendors to use their assigned booths.
Information and items of a graphic sexual nature, or depicting illicit drug use shall not be distributed. Display or content with nudity, indecency, or conduct inappropriate for all ages will not be allowed.
The Robin Hood Festival cannot guarantee the weather or the number of visitors to the Festival, and cannot assure against acts of God, acts of terrorism or government intervention. No refunds will be given in the event of weather, low attendance or natural or man-made disasters. There is no rain date planned, and an inclement weather plan is still in development, up to and including cancellation of the Festival.
Please be courteous of your neighboring Participants. Noise and/or amplified sound, smoke (including cigarette smoke) or visual displays shall not interfere with other Vendors or Organizations or with the enjoyment of attendees at the festival.
This is a NO GENERATOR event.
Participants agree to clean up their booth area after the end of the Festival and remove all unused material at the conclusion of the festival.
Participants will be required to give notice of acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Participants will be directed to assigned locations the morning of the event.
Participants are responsible for all sales taxes, licenses, and insurances as required by law.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be given with written request received by September 5th. 2026.
All participants agree to hold The Robin Hood Festival and Parkway Presbyterian Church harmless from all liability related to loss, damage, or injury to persons or property in any manner arising out of the performance of this agreement, whether resulting from negligence or not.
Prior approval is required if participants want to roam festival and distribute material directly to spectators.
Distribution of material by parties that have not been approved and paid the required fee is prohibited.
